PC operation NC II assesment

The Diploma in PC Operations course is designed to equip the trainee with the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills in PC Operations as one of the requisites to qualify for an NCII qualifications on PC Operations NCII set by TESDA. it covers designing and producing documents using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, using email and browsing the web.

The course covers the effective and efficient use of personal computers where use of word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software is required including access to email and the use of wed browsers for searching and locating data and information on the internet. It also includes competencies in quality standards, workplace communication, teamwork, career professionalism, and safety.
