Survivor Philippines starting September 15

Survivor Philippines hosted by Paolo Bediones will be started on September 15, 2008 on GMA7. Survivor Philippines reveals the 18 castaways for different City in Philippine and different experience to survive, they will be devided into two tribes Tribe Jarakay (which is the Thai word for crocodile) carries the blue color while Tribe Naak (which is the Thai word for snake) carries the red color.

The 18 castaways have to live in the island for 39 days compete each other how to survive. Every challenge is designed to test every castaway’s endurance, strength, problem solving and teamwork. Each castaways will select who will be terminated in the tribal council. Expect a mixture of action, drama, suspense, romance and comedy as each castaway tries to outwit, out play, out last to claim the P3 million grand prize and the distinct honor of being the first ever Pinoy Sole Survivor.

Philippine inflation rate increase this year August 2008

According to news on TV and radio our inflation rate increase this year August 2008 for last 17 years country year headline is the inflation rate increased the annual inflation rate were higher in all commodity groups except the food, beverages and tabacco. At the national level, the annual inflation rate for food alone decelerated to 18.1 percent in August from 18.6 percent in July. Measured from month ago prices of national level moved at a slower pace 0.3 percent in August from 1.6 percent in July. However, price increment in the miscellaneous items index was higher at 0.4 percent from 0.2 percent while FBT items posted a zero growth from 1.6 percent. We cannot control the increasing inflation rate. What should we do?
